Tabitha Camper

Tabitha is a 2005 honors graduate of the University of Tennessee, Memphis with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She also has an advanced certification in Geriatric care. She has eighteen years of experience providing outpatient and inpatient rehabilitative services to children, adults, and geriatric patients. As a life-long resident of Decatur County, she strives to offer exceptional rehab services to our community.


Cassie McBride

Cassie is a graduate of Jackson State Community College, an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program. As an avid athlete throughout her life, Cassie obtained injuries requiring her to receive physical therapy skilled services. This experience sparked Cassie’s passion to help others return to normal, daily living just as she was once helped. Cassie enjoys working with our pediatric population and is great with kids!


Shelby Yarbro

Shelby is a graduate of Jackson State Community College, an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program. Shelby’s involvement in high school and travel softball exposed her to injuries of herself and her teammates. Seeing the hard work and dedication it took to get back on her feet after an ACL injury, Shelby decided that she wanted to pursue a career as a PTA. She recently became certified in a treatment method that is focused on efficiency, durability, and injury prevention.


Kellie Moore

Kellie is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She brings interpersonal and organizational skills, gained from her classroom experience, to maintain continuity among our staff. Kellie’s love of learning motivates her to help patients understand their insurance benefits and patient responsibilities.


Lacey Hicks

Lacey is a graduate of Jackson State Community College, an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program. In addition to working in our out-patient clinic, Lacey works with our school population. She helps the school patients reach their full potential. She enjoys seeing the results of Physical Therapy for all her patients.


Brandi Goff

Brandi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She was introduced to physical therapy when she was a patient herself. While receiving PT for neck pain, she knew she would enjoy the process of caring for others. Brandi made a career change and graduated from Jackson State Community College, an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.


Melody Harper

Melody Harper graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a master’s degree of Physical Therapy in 2005. She is also a certified dry needling practitioner. Melody brings 17 years of hands-on experience helping clients regain movement and control pain after physical injury. Although new to the community, she is no stranger to small town living and is passionate about improving patient outcomes.
